Nicholas E. Martino is a partner and owner of Martino & McCabe and practices in the area of personal injury, auto accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and premises liability. Mr. Martino earned his Masters of Law in Trial Advocacy with Honors from Temple University, Beasley School of Law which is at the forefront of teaching trial advocacy, and has consistently been ranked by U.S. News & World Report in the top two in the country. Mr. Martino received his Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.
Prior to becoming an attorney Mr. Martino worked on Capitol Hill, created one of the most successful legal advocacy programs in the country, and won more than 100 awards for his public speaking and legal advocacy abilities.
Mr. Martino is a Master in First District Appellate American Inn of Court, as well as a Barrister in the Bruce R. Jacob-Chris Altenbernd Criminal Appellate Inn of Court. Mr. Martino has a wide variety of experience that is difficult to match having represented individuals, corporations, and government entities on legal issues ranging from personal injury to contract disputes to murder.
